I fell in love with the therapy by going through it myself.

In fact, I'll always be in therapy. I experienced first-hand the power of intentional self-actualization, and now, I help others do the same.

My treatment style combines evidence based techniques with psychodynamic interventions, coaching strategies and psychoanalytic theory. My approach is bespoke to you. 

I live in the same world as you. We are all adapting to the new and unknown everyday. We might as well navigate this bull**** together.

I love meditating. I know not everyone does. What are your excuses? It’s woo-woo, I can’t focus, it’s too quiet, what if I get a work call, I have to start dinner, etc. etc. etc. SHHHHHHH! Just Breathe!

See, this is exactly why you need it! Meditation is a powerful way to release tension from the mind and body. But not everyone can find their way to this kind of inner peace. To make meditation more welcoming, I started a video series with an irreverent slant to make mindfulness more approachable and fun.
