Isabella works with adults navigating identity, anxiety, depression, and relationship challenges. She specializes in supporting individuals in high-pressure, high-visibility environments, including professional athletes, their partners, and those in demanding careers.

As the wife of a former professional athlete, Isabella brings an intentional perspective to the complexities of high-performance culture and how its demands can shape identity, relationships, and life beyond sport. Her clinical approach is collaborative, deeply relational, and tailored to the individual, integrating narrative, humanistic, and Gestalt frameworks with cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and EMDR.

Through EMDR, Isabella helps clients develop a more adaptive, grounded sense of identity beyond achievement and external expectations. Her work centers on helping clients reclaim their agency, live with greater intention, and build lives that feel genuinely fulfilling, connected, and aligned with who they are. Isabella earned her Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology from Pepperdine University and brings over two years of experience working with children and families.
