While I focus on clinical supervision and guiding the overall direction of our practice, Ryan and Natalie are actively accepting new clients—and trust me, they are absolute rockstars. Each of them brings their own unique expertise, warmth, and sharp clinical instincts to their work. They’re not just great therapists—they’re thoughtful, insightful, and genuinely invested in their clients' growth.

Not only are they incredible therapists, but they’re also genuinely cool people—smart, compassionate, and down-to-earth. You can follow them on social media, check out their Psychology Today profiles or personal websites, or just call me directly if you have any questions about who might be the best fit for you. I’m happy to help you get connected!

Meet My Associates

His approach enables clients to reauthor their stories and build a foundation for a happy and meaningful life. Having ADHD himself, his niche has become helping others with the same challenges.

Ryan Muldoon received a Master’s in Clinical Psychology from Antioch University in 2022 and has been working closely with Alicia since then. His 10+ years as a writer and performer inspired him to dig deep into his fascination with human connection. After reaping the benefits of therapy himself he decided to dedicate his work to passing it on.

Ryan is passionate about working with individual adults and teens with ADHD, utilizing behavioral tools and narrative techniques that highlight resilience rather than dysfunction.
