Feel Seen.
Feel Better.
Our virtual therapy groups are now forming.
These are not drop-ins. Each group is closed, intentionally small, and runs for a set number of weeks—giving you time to get real, go deep, and connect.
Our Group Programs
ADHD &
Real Life
Newly diagnosed—or wondering if you’ve been masking it your whole life? Come get grounded in skills and finally talk to people who get it.
OCD &
Intrusive
Thoughts
Feel like your brain won’t shut up—and it’s usually saying the worst things imaginable? You’re not alone. Let’s talk about it.
Addiction & Recovery-ish
You’re in recovery. Or you’re thinking about it. Or you’re somewhere in the messy middle. Let’s make space for that.
Emotional Eating & Body Talk
Do you think about food more than you want to? Whether you’re restricting, bingeing, or just tired of the shame spiral, this group is a place to get real support.
Grief (Including Pet Loss)
Grieving someone or something you loved? You don’t have to go through it alone. Really.
About Our Groups
All of our therapy groups are around eight people, no drop-ins and meet weekly on Zoom—so you can show up consistently without traffic, parking, or stress. They’re affordable, accessible, and thoughtfully led.
Each 75-minute session is split into two parts:
The first half is psychoeducational, offering practical, skill-building tools tailored to the group’s theme.
The second half is classic process group therapy, where you’ll explore your inner world and relational patterns in real time, alongside others.
Led By Alicia Racine Fink
Groups are facilitated by Alicia Racine Fink, LMHC, LPCC, or a trusted member of her team. Alicia has led therapy groups at respected treatment centers across California and Massachusetts, often serving as the designated group therapist. Group therapy is one of her favorite things to do.
